GENERAL CONDITIONS
At AKALA STUDIO, we accept returns of items purchased through our website, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The maximum period for making a return is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, and must be sent in their original packaging.
- All labels must be correctly attached and undamaged.
Size or item exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange, you must first return the original product. Once the refund has been received and processed, you can place a new order through our online store.
Returns of products with broken, detached or damaged labels will not be accepted.
Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges of bathroom items are not accepted, unless the product is defective or damaged from the factory.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
1. Pack the products carefully in the original box and make sure they are in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all the original labels intact.
⚠️ Returns of products with broken, detached or damaged labels will not be accepted.
2. You must arrange for the order to be shipped at your own expense. You can choose the courier company that suits you best. The customer is responsible for both the management and the cost of the shipment.

The package must include:
-Customer's full name
-Order number
-Contact telephone number and email address.
⚠️ Akala will not be held responsible for any loss of the package during shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Refunds will be issued exclusively through the original payment method. The amount will be credited within a maximum of 10 business days from the receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition.
If you wish to exchange an item for another (whether for size, color, or model), you must first return the original product and, once the process is completed, place a new order through our online store.
